Working Conditions
These working conditions describe service delivery, activation, supported service channels, support handling, and technical limitations.
Delivery
The service is digital. After payment confirmation, the account receives the digital subscription in user-web and the Telegram bot. No physical goods are shipped. Connection details are delivered as subscription links, application deep links, and setup instructions.
Activation
Trial period is activated when available for the account. Paid subscription is activated after the payment provider confirms successful payment. Cryptocurrency payments may require blockchain confirmations before activation.
Availability
We aim to provide stable service, but quality can depend on local internet providers, device settings, third-party apps, regional blocks, maintenance, and node availability. We may rotate, replace, or disable nodes to keep the service operational.
Support Conditions
Support accepts requests through user-web and the Telegram bot. We review payment, activation, connection, device, and account issues. Typical response time is 1-3 business days, while urgent operational issues may be handled faster when possible.
Limits
Plans may include duration, traffic, location, or device limits. The current plan parameters are shown before payment and in the user-web account. Abuse, fraud, or prohibited activity may lead to suspension without refund.
